SEEFRIED GOES TO THE AMAZON

Atlanta  industrial developer Seefried Properties has secured a deal to develop  two 1M SF warehouses for Amazon.com in Tennessee, sources tell Bisnow. The distribution hubs will be located in Chattanooga and Cleveland, Tenn. While details remain undisclosed, one source familiar with the project says Seefried will develop the two warehouses and lease them back to Amazon.com.
