SEEFRIED DUKES IT OUT

We just got a call from Seefried Properties' founder  Ferdinand Seefried, who tells us his firm just unloaded a ripe portfolio of industrial properties to Duke Realty. Ferdinand says Duke purchased  three warehouses  totaling more than  700k SF, including two in Chicago and one in Dallas-Fort Worth at the Riverpark development. All three warehouses are completely full to such names as Civa and Taiwan steel maker Brighton-Best. He declined to say the price but says the portfolio traded at a  sub-seven cap. Now, the developer is redeploying the capital  in pursuit of a handful of build-to-suit opportunities in Chicago, Phoenix, DC, and Dallas.
