Secret Project Looks at Southside

A secret industrial project is part of a slew of big box activity thats popping up in Atlanta.

We confirmed that JLLs Alan Clayton (above)and Paul Roeser are scouting the Southside of Atlanta with a 1M SF build-to-suit industrial deal titled Project Cop. Its a potential economic development deal, but the identity of the company behind the project was undisclosed. Nonetheless, its a sign of a warming Atlanta industrial market where some half dozen 500k SF-plus deals are floating around, including a potential 1M SF project for Kroger Co.
