A German value manufacturer is  staying put in Camp Creek. GEMU Values has renewed nearly  52k SF at Camp Creek Business Center and expanded its space from 46k SF. CresaPartners' David Rubenstein repped GEMU while Duke Realty's Corey Richardson brokered for the landlord.
