Avison Young's Doug Eidson (here with Office Furniture Concierge's Scott Loughrey and Metcalf Davis' Wayne Williams) says the tech sector has been a significant contributor to office absorption. And when it comes to tech startups, he says many of those companies will become the next office players in a decade. (The children are our future.)
