We chatted with Cresa's David Rubenstein fresh off his huge renewal for the City of Sandy Springs, which re-inked 96,600 SF for its city hall, police, and government operations at Morgan Falls Office Park in three buildings. David says the renewal is somewhat of a stop-gap for the city until it can complete its planned new city center development. (Neighboring tenants: Don't get too attached. Breaking up is hard to do.) Plus, its lease terms were flexible. The Simpson Organization's Clayton Gunter brokered for the landlord.
