The Atlanta Opera has renewed and extended to 15.6k SF in Atlanta Technology Center's Building 300 at 1575 Northside Dr. And how?s this for an incentive to stay? The opera will have no rent to pay during the month of August—its traditionally slow fundraising month—for the next four years. Carter's Dale Lewis (seen here diligently typing away) and Zack Usilton represented the Atlanta Opera (as far as we know, neither one moonlights as Placido Domingo), and Barry Real Estate's Andy Sumlin represented the landlord. |
