RSUI Unleashes Big Lease RFP

A big Buckhead insurance company is on the prowl for new office digs--a search that may include sites in Midtown.

RSUI--currently in Buckhead's Resurgens Plaza, above--has hit the street with a 133k SF RFP, repped by Cushman & Wakefields Addision Meriwether and Travis Jackson. We spoke with RSUIs Cathy Aberson, who says the firm is in no big rush to make a choice at this point. (Is there a "test drive" program for office space?) But sources familiar with the firms search say it has eyed not only other Buckhead towers, but Atlantic Station. A decision could be reached by years end (its lease expires in 2014).
