Notwithstanding this most obscure lede ever written in a Bisnowpublication, we caught up with JLL's Jeff Frantz and Jeff Bellamy this week to find out that they brokered a massive deal in Duluth. Ricoh Americas Corp inked a 127k SF renewal and expansion at Sugarloaf Office Center in what is likely one of the largest office deals this year so far in the Northeast office market. CBRE's Mark Davenport, Glenn Dyke and Brett Woodruff represented the tenant while the Jeffs brokered for the landlord, Equity Office/Blackstone.Sign up for more articles like this
