Speaking of Two Alliance Center (nice pic, huh?) another big lease is looking at the tower. Our friends at the accounting firm Reznick Group are looking at the Tishman Speyer tower, and others including 3630 Peachtree, Phipps Tower, and a renewal at 2002 Perimeter Summit in Central Perimeter, where it uses 88K SF, sources tell us. We reported last week that Reznick Group tapped two separate brokerage firms for its real estate search—JLL's Gregg Metcalf  and Brannan Moss and CBRE's Carl Mullis and Bill Kilborn— with Reznick Group officially searching for between 70K and 100K SF.
