Welcome back to the fold, Todd Yates. After leaving Alter Group in Atlanta when that company sold the last of its local real estate holdings a few weeks ago, Todd (with his son Mitchell on the famed Swilcan Bridge during a recent trip to St. Andrews) has landed with Rexxhall Realty, taking over the leasing and management of its portfolio here. We reported earlier this month that Rexxhall purchased Alter's  404k SF office portfolio. The company tapped Todd to handle it. But that's only a portion of Todd's new duties. "My primary focus is going to be on  acquisition of additional properties," he says. Rexxhall is seeking value-add office and industrial properties in metro Atlanta. "We're going to be looking for everything from high-rise to low-rise," he says.
