RETAILING FOR THE FDIC

We drove to Sandy Springs and snapped Serrano, one of the many condo projects recently taken over by ST Residential— a public-private consortium between the FDIC and private capital (including Starwood Capital) to manage the former Corus Bank  portfolio. The reason: Colliers International was tapped in Atlanta to lease more than 44K SF of the retail space here at The Atlantic, The Brookwood, and Luxe. Colliers VP Coleman Morris  and senior associate Stephanie Lipp  will handle the leasing for Colliers.
