William Gervin, veep of landlord services at Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services, has been on a roll in recent months. He's signed four new leases at the Lakefield Center Development  in Johns Creek, a 32K SF retail center located on McGinnis Ferry Road. William also negotiated four leases at the Windermere Village Development  in Cumming (above). Tenants include Jack's New Yorker Deli, McGinnis Wine & Spirits, Deluxe Day Spa and Salon, Greener Cleaners & Alterations, The Bicycle Wheel, and Phil Sung Do Martial Arts.
