RED ROCK ROCKIN' IN RALEIGH

Durham-based chemical supply company Doe & Ingalls recently launched construction of a $5M, 60k SF distribution building in Raleigh. (That's tilt-wall construction right there; we guess it's exactly what it sounds like.) Red Rock Developments, with offices in Charlotte and Columbia, SC, is   project developer. The new building will serve Doe & Ingalls? East Coast growth strategy, the company's Andrew Finn  tells us. ARCO Design/Build is GC, while Richmond, Va.-based Baskervill Architects is the design firm.
