| We snapped this recently of The Shopping Center Group's Ruth Coan because she's helping give new retailers a home in old Circuit City locations. Ruth, along with team members Gail Fargason and Lauren Harley, has brokered three separate sales of former Circuit City stores throughout metro Atlanta, back-filling previously dead retail space left bare by the defunct electronics retailer. Ruth says an unnamed developer purchased a 40K SF location in Kennesaw for an LA Fitness. And nonprofit retailer Goodwill purchased two other Circuit City stores, including one in Hiram and another next to an REI store in Central Perimeter. ?They're buying quality real estate,?
