| Mobis Parts America inked a deal at 1200 Oakley Industrial Blvd, the former distribution facility for Owens Corning, which moved down the road. For NAI Brannen Goddard's Mike Chambers, Jack Haden and Brad Pope (pic'd above), the deal comes as nearly a miraculous answer to a major leasing hole. The group—along with landlord DCT's regional VP Todd Carter—backfilled 300k of the 400k SF left by Owens Corning in just over a month.
