That's the studied assessment by Reznick Group's Jonathan Bartlett, who says it's this area—roughly downtown to the Perimeter and east to Clairmont and west to Northside Drive—that has the highest concentration of young, highly educated residents that's defining metro Atlanta at large. And it's also an area where multifamilydevelopers are looking for new projects. ?There are twice as manyrestaurants and bars per capita," Johnathan tells us.
