Porsche Revs For Office Search

Multiple  Buckhead properties may be in the running for Porsche's new HQ  search.
 
We sped by sheepishly in our beat-up Camry and snapped this gorgeous image of a Porsche in front of its current offices at Lakeside Commons in Central Perimeter. Porsche North America is scouting the market for possible new office digs and could move out, multiple sources tell Bisnow. This ain't no ordinary office RFP. The company is seeking  60K to 80K  SF, including 10K SF in what it terms as a ?customer experience center,? sources say. And to complicate its search, Porsche NA also has a  test track on its wish list of new office campus features, not readily available with many office towers (although undeniably cool if it happens). Cushman & Wakefield's Sam Hollis and Ken Ashley are reportedly repping Porsche (whose lease expires in 2013), but declined to comment on the story. And Tony Fouladpour, a spokesman for Porsche, adds, ?At this early juncture, we don't have anything to say on it.?
