POPEYES CLOSER TO TERRACES DEAL

It's getting closer. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is close to inking an HQ deal at The Terraces in Dunwoody, a  huge win for the two-building office complex owned by Barry Real Estate (which took this pic), sources tell us. We've been tracking this deal for some time, and we know it will take more than 40k SF  at the building. Joel & Granot's Danny Granot is representing the company, but couldn't talk to us since he's vacationing in Israel at the moment. If the deal is consummated, Popeyes will then leave its current home at Glenridge Highlands I, where it occupies 34k SF.
