| Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has narrowed its office search down to six finalists, mostly those within the Central Perimeter submarket, Joel & Granot's Danny Granot tells us. Danny (snapped here with partner Alan Joel) is repping the fast-food chain AFC Enterprises in its search of 45K to 50K SF. The firm currently occupies 34K SF at Glenridge Highlands I, and a renewal is still on the table. Danny says at least one of the options is a Buckhead tower. The company originally considered upwards of 25 options, and previously toldBisnow it hopes to make a decision by year's end. (We always mark up our calendars.) |
