| The famous fried chicken chain, owned by AFC Enterprises, has signed an LOI with Barry Real Estate's The Terraces in Dunwoody, sources tell us. This may cap a months-long search led by Joel & Granot's Danny Granot, which cast a net for a HQ between Central Perimeter and Buckhead. Popeyes is currently located in Glenridge Highlands I with about 34k SF. Sources say the company could lease between 40k to 50k SF at The Terraces. | |||
