Yet another retail plaza goes for sale. (If this trend keeps up, the hot toy this holiday season will be a building.)
 
We chatted with Corporate Property Advisors? Mark Frank and Properties of GA's  Jim Hazelwood, seen here in front of The Plaza at Windward II. The duo are marketing the 79k SF Class-A shopping center in Alpharetta, anchored by HHGregg and Office Depot. Mark tells us the owners are entertaining offers. The adjacent property, The Plaza at Windward I, is being marketed by The Shopping Center Group. We'll keep you posted on both of these potential sales.
