| Richard Bowers & Co's SVP Bill Johnson who tells us his work here is done—at the Pinnacle Business Center in Norcross, that is. Bill and his team have sold the last building of the 308k SF park last week for Ares Management. Beena Vision purchased the last 65,700 SF flex office building for $1.2M. It's been two years since Bill and his team marketed the office, originally developed by the legendary Charlie Ackerman back in the 1980s. It had fallen on hard times and was only 10% leased at the time it was put up for sale. Bowers sold the various buildings in the park to both individual investors and tenant-users. |
