PIN A WIN ON PINOVER

We heard from Newmark Knight Frank's Marty Pinover, who tells us he just helped sell a vacant distribution center in Columbus for Hilco Real Estate. The buyer, a Columbus-area investor, remained unidentified, and paid $1M for the 137k SF warehouse. ?I believe he has  a tenant in mind,? Marty tells us. He also sold a former Panasonic North America 151k SF distribution center in Berea, KY (home of the big Spoonbread Festival) to Hitachi Automotive Systems for more than $3M.
