Piedmont West On The Market

Carter has put its trophy medical office building up for sale. Sources tell us the company has tapped CBREs Lee Asher to market Piedmont West, its 264k SF MOB in Midtown that is home to Piedmont Hospital. (There's no word on the asking price, but we're guessing there's a co-pay.) Carter announced in November the company planned to move forward on the $45M, 150k SF Phase 2 of the Piedmont West project, which is expected to deliver by 2014. There's no word if that plan remains in play.
