We think an assisted living/nursing home on top of a 188k SF MOB is a good trade for a shuttered Harry's in a Hurry. Local CRE scoop-meister Tony Wilbert is reporting in Skyline Views that Cornerstone filed plans to add the assisted living component to its proposed Cornerstone Medical Center at 1875 Peachtree Rd, a parcel owned by Jim Cumming that used to house a Harry's Farmers Market's prepared foods retailer, and next to a Chick-fil-A.
