| Pattillo's Ben Stafford walked us through some of the industrial developer's successes this year, including a major build-to-suit project in Charleston for Boeing, a 260K SF facility that will manufacture the 787 Dreamliner at the Palmetto Commerce Center. (That oughta be good for some frequent flier miles.) Other deals this year: King's Hawaiian Bakery, which is developing a 120K SF bakery and distribution center (above) in Hall County; and ZF Industries, which developed 165K SF at the Gainesville Business Park. Ben says Pattillo is chasing some 500K SF in potential deals. While in the industrial world, that could be just one deal, Ben says many companies are seeking smaller projects: ?There's very few of those big box distribution deals.
