| Yesterday we snapped lots of cars on Peachtree between 9th and 10th, which won't be invited to the party if Jamestown, owner of 999 Peachtree, and other sponsors like Audi, Loews Hotel, Margaret Mitchell House, Fifth Group Restaurants, Emory Healthcare, and Georgia Power have anything to say about it. Organizers are hopeful a letter-writing campaign (remember what Macy?s did with its ?Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus?) will help persuade city officials to sign off on a permit allowing the party.
