Yesterday, we chatted with Parmenter Realty Partners' John Davidson about its new $500M fund. John takes his due dilligence on potential tower acquisitions seriously, as you can see here (clarification: he really just scaled a building for charity last year). John tells us Fund IV is targeting value-add opportunities around the Southeast, including Charlotte, Florida, and Atlanta. As we reported yesterday, Parmenter's fund bought 160 Clairmont, the fund's second acquisition after a property in Houston. ?We like everything that's going on in the City of Decatur,? he says. ?And it's atight market.? Parmenter is ?chasing all the usual suspects? in Atlanta, but he declined to say if they're close to another purchase. Probably a good clue will be seeing John rapel down a facade.
