Parkside West ATL Loft Project 75% Pre-leased

What better way to celebrate a new office building than with beer? Parkside Partners' Doug James, Kyle Jenks, and Gary Matthews certainly think so. We caught the trio at the opening of Orpheus Brewery, the much-anticipated 16k SF microbrewery at 1440 Dutch Valley Place in Parkside Piedmont. Parkside purchased the loft office building in 2011 and completed a total renovation and is now 100% leased.

Kyle says the firm is almost done with Parkside@Armour, a 40k SF loft office building next door to Sweetwater Brewery. The project is currently 75% pre-leased with such tenants as GuildQuality, B2B Technologies, and Pollock Commercial. He says leasing interest probably wasn't hurt by having Sweetwater Brewery and Orpheus within walking distance either. (Having an easy place to go for happy hour never does.)
