Ventyx, a power grid software firm based in the Cumberland/Galleria area, could be heading to the Central Perimeter.
 
Here's the current HQ for Ventyx at 3301 Windy Ridge Pkwy in the Wildwood office complex in Cobb. Sources tell us that Ventyx (acquired last year by Zurich-based ABB) is in talks with landlordsin Cumberland/Galleria and Central Perimeter, including Barry Real Estate's The Terraces office complex; renewal is also an option. Ventxy has been scouting the market for 50k to 60k SF with its lease expiring in 2012 with Studley's Josh Hirsh. Central Perimeter may be a mid-point between Ventyx's HQ and Obvient Strategies' offices at 2550 Northwinds Pkwy in Alpharetta, a company ABB acquired this past January, sources say.
