| Here's the current HQ for Ventyx at 3301 Windy Ridge Pkwy in the Wildwood office complex in Cobb. Sources tell us that Ventyx (acquired last year by Zurich-based ABB) is in talks with landlordsin Cumberland/Galleria and Central Perimeter, including Barry Real Estate's The Terraces office complex; renewal is also an option. Ventxy has been scouting the market for 50k to 60k SF with its lease expiring in 2012 with Studley's Josh Hirsh. Central Perimeter may be a mid-point between Ventyx's HQ and Obvient Strategies' offices at 2550 Northwinds Pkwy in Alpharetta, a company ABB acquired this past January, sources say. |
