Lots of familiar faces were in the crowd this morning at Bisnow'sMultifamily Summit at the W Hotel in Midtown. More than 550 registered to hear the wit and wisdom from some of the industry?s top players, including Gables Residential CEO David Fitch, Post Properties CEO David Stockert, MetLife?s  Thomas Ryan, and CBRE's Robert LaChapelle. The general consensus among the participants is that things are looking up for the multifamily industry, and a new development  cycle may not be too far off.
