OFFICE, MULTIFAMILY STABILIZING

For the latter part of 2010, only the multifamily property type achieved stabilization, according to the just-released Integra Realty Resources' Commercial Property Index. The big news for Q4 is that all major property types are showing signs of stabilization in 2011. The multifamily and office sectors are leading the way, additional proof that the recovery is taking hold. Nationwide, the East Coast continues to demonstrate the strongest performance while the West Coast displayed significant gains from the previous quarter.
