We met up with Sam Zelony last week, who not only switched CRE firms--from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to Windsor Realty Group--but the long-time landlord rep is now doing tenant rep. "I've been representing owners for 24 years, and I just wanted to do something fresh and new," he says. Sam and his partner Dan Wirtz are helping a number of retailers find locations across the country, including Dogtopia, Massage Envy and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
