Newburger-Andes Relocates Pharma Firm

Apparently Newburger-Andes Steve Farrar(right, with David Andes)doesn'tjust buy buildings. He also helps pharmaceutical companies locate to Atlanta. (Is there a pill that helps you do that?) We sat down with Steve, who told us he helped Biota Pharma ink an 8,000 SF, five-year deal at Northwinds in Alpharetta. This is the first Atlanta operations for the Australian company, he says.
