NEWBURGER-ANDES EYES INDUSTRIAL

Prolific retail buyer Newburger-Andes is eying industrial this time. The firm is attempting to raise funds to buy 800 to 840 Great Southwest Pkwy, a 62k SF multi-tenant  industrial building in the Fulton Industrial submarket. Newburger-Andes is looking to buy it for less than $1M ($938,900 to be exact). While only 25% occupied, a request for investment sent out by the firm states: ?The partners at Newburger-Andes believe that this is one of the best real estate deals that we have seen in decades.?
