Yesterday, Duke Realty Corp reported that baby clothes maker Carter's inked a 1.06M SF lease at 625 Braselton Pkwy (above) in the Park 85 Braselton distribution center, by far one of the biggest industrial leases in years. The new facility will support Carter's e-commerce, retail, and wholesale business. Duke's Brian Sutton repped the landlord, while CBRE's Blaine Kelley brokered the deal for Carter's. |
