| As soon as we heard yesterday that Zoo Atlanta hired Raymond King as CEO, we went out and took this of its entrance. Raymond spent the past 22 years at SunTrust, where he held a number of posts, most recently community affairs SVP. He's one of philanthropic Atlanta's best-known faces, having chaired six boards in recent years, including Research Atlanta and Fernbank Museum of Natural History. King?s predecessor, Dennis Kelly, also came from the corporate world (Coke) and now leads the National Zoo in DC. |
