These properties are new to JLL, but Kevin has leased them both in the past. Koger is 1.1 million SF, located on a 21-acre site proximate to I-85 and I-285. Colonial Center, at Mansell Road and Westside Parkway, includes four six-story buildings totaling 653k SF. | |

Chamblee Center is 89% leased by an alphabet soup roster that includes CDC, FEMA and IRS. Kevin was partly drawn to JLL because of its DC-based Government Investor Services Group. ?Government leasing is very specialized,? he told us. ?Even the terminology is different.?
