Nathan, Darren Rack Up Deals

Speaking of dynamic duos, NAI Brannen Goddard's Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler secured five industrial leases in the runup to New Year's Eve, including a huge renewal for Anixter, which secured its 205k SF space at 250 Horizon Dr in Suwanee. Nathan also tells us they helped secure an economic development deal for Atlanta: Priority Wire & Cable, a company out of Arkansas, inked a 67k SF deal at 6655 Corners Pkwy in Peachtree Corners.

Other deals include McColisters Transportation's 104k SF renewal at 2760 Pacific Dr in Suwanee; Pinnacle Data Systems' 77k new lease at 25 Crestridge Dr in Suwanee, and Euro Gourmet's 32k SF deal at 1810 Satellite Blvd in Buford. Darren says last year the deal flood gates opened, and he and Nathan posted some $100M in transactions. He credits a thawing of economic fears coupled with just sheer pent-up demand. "People were afraid to make decisions, and now people are making decisions."
