A riddle: What's 250k SF and woos tenants to North Fulton? We're serious because we wanna know. We spent the morning with Cushman & Wakefield's Tyler Courtney, who tells us he's working on an RFP for an  undisclosed company that fits that requirement. Tyler just came over to C&W from DTZ to help fill out the firm's corporate services group in Atlanta. Tyler has his hands in some big office deals here, including bringing CHEP's HQ to Atlanta and inking deals for a handful of clinics run in a JV between GenCare and Humana.
