MORE ON BB&B DEAL

We learned a little more about that mega industrial deal with Bed Bath & Beyond from the man who worked it locally. (A man who knows the importance of being able to buy sheets, candles, and an ice bucket in the same location.)
 
We spoke with JLL's Chris Tomasulo, who says BB&B is purchasing 860 John B Brooks Rd, an 810K SF warehouse at the Walnut Fork Industrial Park in Pendergrass from JP Morgan. Chris, who repped the retailer in the transaction along with JLL's David Knee from the NJ office, says BB&B will operate its e-commerce operations from the facility. The price BB&B paid for the facility was not disclosed as of press time, but JP Morgan purchased the building and 62 acres of land from the Jackson County Development Authority for $20M this past October, according to Databank.
