Whitney Bank of New Orleans is shopping $63 million of non-performing loans on real estate in the Southeast, including the 143-room  Holiday Inn Express  in  Smyrna,  above. There also are other hotels, office buildings, industrial space, land, and residential properties. The properties—in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Texasare being marketed through an auction, overseen by Carlton Advisory Services of New York.
