Meehan's Owners Go For BBQ

We learned from Vantage Realty Partners' Brittany McCall that owners of Meehans and Food 101 are set to open a new BBQ joint concept in Downtown Atlanta called The Smoke Ring. The company, 101 Concepts, inked a deal yesterday for 4,100 SF at Castleberry Point at 309 Nelson St, with Brittany (here with Wakefield Beasley's Marty Taffel at ICSC RECon earlier this year) repping the landlord.Here's a shot of Castleberry Point. 101 Concepts was repped by We Sell Restaurants' Robin Gagnon. The company is putting itself in the heart of revitalization efforts in Downtown Atlanta, with this location just off Centennial Olympic Park Drive, and near where the new Falcons stadium is planned.
