MAJESTIC SPEC

Believe it or not, another industrial developer is planning to go spec early next year. This time, near the airport. (Just when you think spec is down for the count, it pops up. It's the Rocky of CRE.)
 
We toasted the holidays with Majestic Realty's Angela Jandoc,Dani Campbell  and  Stan Conway last night at Capital Grille in Buckhead. Stan tells us Majestic is about to  break ground on a new spec warehouse. Majestic Airport Center III, a 560k SF distribution facility, the third in its MAC development, will have shovels in the ground by Q1 2013. ?The timing is right,? Stan says, adding that tenant activity in the area is ?solid? enough to warrant development.
