We snapped this of JLL?s Clark Gore, MetLife?s William Runge, and JLL?s Glenn Aspinwall (we're a big fan of the giant name tags, by the way) at the firm's breakfast panel discussion last week on the Georgia 400 office market at Villa Christina. We couldn't help but note a return of optimism to the participants and attendees. That may in part be because Hans Gant, SVP of the Atlanta Metro Chamber's economic development division, predicted the metro area will produce some 60K jobs in 2011 and up to 80K more in 2012. ?We probably have more prospects in the pipeline today than we ever had,?
