We broke bread with Lincoln Property Company Southeast's  Tony Bartlett, Leigh Braswell,  and  Denton Shamburger  at Gordon Beirsch. While the chat mulled about the Atlanta market, Leigh informed us that 730 Midtown is  90% leased  and, like Silhouette Midtown, has seen "a ton of activity" from creative-type companies (perhaps they are all looking to put on a production of Annie Get Your Gun), and that Lenox Plaza went from 50% to 80% leased  after several deals including Triage and Franklin Street.
