While the chat mulled about the Atlanta market, Leigh informed us that 730 Midtown is 90% leased and, like Silhouette Midtown, has seen "a ton of activity" from creative-type companies (perhaps they are all looking to put on a production of Annie Get Your Gun), and that Lenox Plaza went from 50% to 80% leased after several deals including Triage and Franklin Street. |
