LINCOLN BANGS OUT ALPHARETTA DEALS

The Lincoln Property Co Southeast boys, Michael Howell  and Hunter Henritze, snagged some big Alpharetta deals  in recent weeks. That includes a huge RedPrairie software lease at Radiant II, among others:

  • RedPrairie inked an 80,300 SF direct deal  at 3905 Brookside Pkwy. Jones Lang LaSalle's David Demarest  repped the firm (which had been subleasing the space).

  • Select Management Resources  renewed 40,300 SF  at Preston Ridge IV. Atlanta Office Realty's Brad Kuehn repped the tenant.

  • Athena Health renewed and expanded to 23,700 SF  at 2550 Northwinds Pkwy. Avison Young's Phil Barry  repped the tenant.
