One of CRE's old guard, Julian LeCraw, is selling one of his office parks, Atlanta Technology Center, sources tell us.
 
The four-building, 200k SF complex—a mix of pure and flex office—is shooting for the recent surge in capital seeking stabilized assets, considering it's 94% occupied. Sources say Julian's seeking around $25M for the property. Carter's Gary Lee  has been tapped for marketing. There's also future development  with about 20 acres of land along Northside Drive that's part of The  Beltline overlay  district.
