Sources tells us the fleet management company is in talks with North American Properties to take office space at the Alpharetta mixed-use project. This comes on the heels of our report here that Leaseplan was near taking 75k SF at Highwoods Properties' 5405 Windward Pkwy. But that building recently captured the Kimberly-Clark spinoff. North American's Mark Toro—a panelist at our event this morning with Daniel Corp's Pat Henry on right—declined to comment.
